Azure Container Instance YAML time zone problem

Hi,

I have azure container instance where I run container group by YAML file.
I would like change time zone to Poland time.

If I use
"az container create --resource-group LegalHR_App --file deploy-aci-webpanel.yaml -e TZ=Europe/Warsaw --restart-policy OnFailure"

it's not working.

Have you some idea?
