Can't change information on the Certification Profile

Question

Whenever I try to change any information regarding my Certification Profile the button "Save & Continue" simply does nothing and all changes are ignored.

I followed all the guidelines explained here: "https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/certifications/manage-certification-profile", the issue arises when i try to save all my changed information , mainly Address contact information and work account association.

Any help would be appreciated.
