Network PCs not properly displaying devices

I have a home network with the following devices :
WIN 10 PC
WIN 11 PC
NAS

I see only 1 or 2 of the devices at any time and on an intermittent basis. For example the WIN 11 PC sees only the WIN 10 PC. The WIN 10 PC for the past 3240605-network.pdf days sees all devices including itself although 2 days ago it only saw itself and the NAS.

All the configuration changes I have tried are in the attached file. Note that there are 2 comments in the file regarding instances where a change briefly worked. Otherwise nothing fixed the issue.

I use a Netgear router. I have replaced the router at one point with another router as a test. Did not change the nature of the issue.

It has been my experience when all these recommended (from various forums and web sites) solutions don't work there is something basic I am missing. I hope that is the case here.

As an aside I also can't get a printer installed on the WIN 11 PC to print from the WIN 10 PC. Probably unrelated but just thought I would mention it.

I hope someone out there can help.

Jim
