QUESTION: How does one give another person ownership permissions to his/her calendar in MS Outlook 365

BACKGROUND: With previous versions of outlook calendars, I had ownership access to my boss' calendars which allowed me to add other employees and assign their appropriate permission--with their approval, of course. I chose the "Can edit" option (and tried the others) and even though I can add, delete, etc., calendar appointments, I still need the ownership permission so I can manage who has access to their calendars. They definitely do not have the time to do this with their busy schedules.

Is this no longer an option in 365 version?
