SQL Job with Azure without paying 200$!?

I have a small database that cost me 8$ per month right now. I would like to configure some "SQL Job" on it.

I found multiple article showing way to do it. But I either doesn't have a enough strong database for it (I don't paid enough I guess!) or I need to create something that cost like 200$+ per month!

Is there a way that I can do it without paying 25x time the price I'm paying right now? :P

    Logic apps has a consumption plan where you only pay for what you use rather than a flat hourly rate. This can save money. I think it's a reasonably priced service. All Azure customers can open a free billing support ticket via the Azure portal to get a pricing quote. Technically only the billing support team are authorized to provide exact pricing quotes or estimates. Please do let us know if you don't have a support plan to open a service request.
