Student Id not getting verified even after getting verification mail from team.

Yesterday, I have raised a ticket to verify my student mail and also provided my documentation. And MicroSoft team replied that your Academic status is sucessfully verified. But still i'm not able to use any student service. And also not getting voucher on AZ-900 certification exam.

    The tag "small-basic" is for Technical questions about Microsoft Small Basic, the only text-based language and IDE built for students to learn to code

    Please look for a more fitting tag as your question in not about Small Basic
    e.g. "c++" or "dotnet-csharp" or even "not-supported""
