USB saving problem

I have a problem and I have no clue how to solve it, so hope someone here can help me. Okay the problem is when I want to save something on a USB. The problem only happens with Microsoft office files. I have no trouble saving other files on the USB. I tried a different USB, same problem. I tried a different laptop and then I didn't had the problem. So it has something to do with this specific computer or the Microsoft office programs on this computer.

When I try to save I get an error message. It says something about an error while sharing and that the changes can not be saved. So I can actually see the file on the USB but it's empty and I cannot open it.

I have no clue how to solve this. Anyone recognize this problem?
