Microsoft Translator "play speech output" not working

Question

I am using Microsoft Translator. Play speech output setting is turned on. However, no sound. Only text translation. This is used in a live conversation setting. Wifi is on and connected

I am having the same issues while using Edge or Chrome in Windows 10. I have a running conversation and "play speech output" is toggled on, but no sound comes out. I've followed steps listed here with no success. Please help!

Me too. It's not working correctly, or can say very limited. If I put one or two sentences, I can click to "speaker" and It turn blue, playing out the sound. But just a little more than that, it doesn't work at all.
