Viscual C++ Compatibliity to Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019

Dear Sir, 

Customer has a Server installed Windows Server 2012 R2, he wants to perform in-place upgrade of server to Windows 2016 / 2019. Currently, the server has below component installed inside.

Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable (x64) - Version 8.0.61001
Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable (x64) - Version 9.0.30719
Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable (x64) - Version 10.0.40219
Visual C++ 2012 x64 Runtime - Version 11.0.60610.1
Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistibuable (x64) - Version 14.29.30133

Do Microsoft has any compatibility matrix which should Windows Server with Visual C++ version?
