Edge collection feature disabled

Question

As you can see the collection button is greyed out and the feature is disabled even though I have it on in the settings. Shortcut key doesn't work and I can't save groups of web pages like before so I have to resort to bookmarking them one by one.

You can try the following:

Delete the following registry key (check if it exists, if it does, delete the registry key):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Edge  
  
EdgeCollectionsEnabled DWORD  
  
(delete) = Default enabled  
1 = Always disabled
