Disabled Azure subscription

Hello,
We have this MAJOR issue with azure subscription that was disabled for "We've identified suspicious activity in this subscription. To protect your account, we've disabled the subscription. Please contact Azure Support to resolve the issue."
Out of the blue it was disabled, because they could not reach us over the phone. This is ridiculous.
We even provided a phone number to which they can reach us, but no one called ever. Support say they did, which is not true, as we could reach this phone number from various locations (Luxembourg, US, South Africa etc...).
We did not get any reason why is this happening.

What can we do as we have basic subscription and we were disabled out of the working hours.

    It is unfortunate that the Azure Subs is disabled, however you can raise a support ticket via the global numbers - global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2
