Can't install September 13, 2022-Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Windows 8.1, RT 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (KB5017531)

Hello,

I have six's 2012 R2 windows servers. all the servers are updating through the WSUS server. I have installed September 13, 2022-Security and Quality Rollup for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.6.2, 4.7, 4.7.1, 4.7.2, 4.8 for Windows 8.1, RT 8.1, and Windows Server 2012 R2 (KB5017531) through the WSUS server. but out of six servers only one server didn't check for that update when I checked. Then I have tried to install it manually. it also said the update was not compatible but the same server was able to install KB5016740 (August update). I was unable to find the reason for that.

Any suggestions?
