Peering Creationg issue on Azure Portal

I am running into an issue where I am trying to deploy a new peering session with Microsoft via the peering portal in Azure.
When I create the new group and try and deploy, the provisioning state fails and it gives me some generic reason that I do not understand...can anyone assist me please?

For example, this attempt is peering VNETA to VNETB, do you get the same error attempting VNETB to VNETA?
