After recent patches, our Azure WVD Windows 10 multisession VMs are not activating.

Here is the info from slmgr /dlv

Clicking Troubleshoot in settings doesn't do anything and displays following error.

    Hello there,

    Generally, Azure VM activation issues occur if the Windows VM is not configured by using the appropriate KMS client setup key, or if the Windows VM has a connectivity problem to the Azure KMS service (kms.core.windows.net, port 1688).

    Here is a link that has some troubleshooting steps which you can try and see if helps in overcoming your issue

    @ADC Admin Apologies for the delay.

    -Can you please verify that your VMs can reach those 2 URLs directly

    -Also, if you run, at a CMD prompt, "slmgr /dlv", do you see these:
    Name: Windows(R), ServerRdsh edition
    Description: Windows(R) Operating System, VOLUME_KMSCLIENT
    ...
    Key Management Service client information
    Registered KMS machine name: kms.core.windows.net:1688
    KMS machine IP address: 23.97.0.13

    Let me know the results.

    @KarishmaTiwari-MSFT

    I can resolve both DNS records and slmgr /dlv shows what similar info as you pasted above.

    According to this thread, https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure-virtual-desktop/quot-activate-windows-quot-watermark-has-appeared-on-windows-10/m-p/3607735

    This issue is now affecting others using W10 Ent. Virtual Desktop Multisession with Azure WVD. Do you know if there is a fix available or an ETA on when this will be fixed?
