Cannot deploy migrated maui - no Android devices

Hello,
I migrated my xamarin forms project to maui. Everything builds, but when I try to run Android project it always selects unsupported emulator Pixel2 (with too low OS version) even when my local device is checked in dropdown.
I set supported OS version to 23, so my physical device is supported. I have pixel5 emulator with OS 32 as well. But it never deploys on pixel5 or my local device.
What am I missing in configurations or elsewhere?

Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Preview Version 17.4.0 Preview 2.1for testing, and it worked fine.For further investigation, could you please provide more detailed information about your development environment?
In addition, for an issue with VS, it is recommended to post it on Visual Studio Feedback.

Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Current Version 17.3.5But I suspect it's not VS issue, but something to do with my project.
Because emulators and devices works fine on git ArtAuction sample project from migration guide Migrating-from-Xamarin.Forms-(Preview)
Any ideas what could be wrong in my project?

Upgrade Assistantto migrate your project? It works fine to migrate the project from Xamarin.Froms.Install the .NET Upgrade Assistant dotnet tool:
dotnet tool update --global upgrade-assistantStart the upgrade process and follow the interactive instructions:
upgrade-assistant upgrade <Path to csproj or sln to upgrade>In addition, Did you set your **.Android project as startup project in your VS?
