Remote Desktop does not allow authorization for Cyrillic accounts.

Question

After updating to the current release of Windows 11 22H2. I have a very unpleasant problem. Ceased to pass authorization with Cyrillic accounts. There are no problems with the servers, there are also no problems on computers where the update has not been completed.
I'm waiting for a fix. English-language accounts work without difficulty.
We add one more to the piggy bank of glitches of the current release.

I will recommend to enable the KDC event logging to determine what is the cause of the authorization error. Everything would point to an ANSI translation of the credential, but depending on the exact issue it would require different troubleshooting.

Enabling this option did nothing. In the logs, of course, the wrong username and password. Therefore, something happens at the ANSI translation of the credential stage, but let the developers figure out what exactly. Update 22H2 breaks authorization, this is confirmed by 3 out of 3 updates. Those who use Cyrillic credentials, which are configured by default on localized versions, will face an authorization problem and a lack of access to the server. I'm not going to be a beta tester and debugger of your updates. The advice is useless. Rollback is recommended for anyone using the built-in solution in the system for remote access.

We have exactly same situation in our company. But in the same time we have discovered that the issue present only in Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2. For Windows 11 Pro 22H2 it works without any issues. How can it be possible? Maybe anyone will have a resolution, or Microsoft finally rollout any fix?
