Public IP blacklisted by SPAMRATS

Hello,

One of our servers on Azure is a mail server, and its IP has been blacklisted by one reputation website on mxtoolbox, call SpamRATS.

It says that the public IP has no PTR record (reverseDNS). This was true, i then fixed it.

But now the SpamRATS website displays that even if the PTR is set for this very specific IP, it's still flagged as "Worst Offender" because other IPs from this network range are involved.

"This is a Worst Offender Alert and this means that not only this IP address, but the whole class 'C' is also on the indicated SpamRATS List"

The thing is it's a network range owned by Microsoft (Azure), i do not use them. Just renting some IPs that i do not choose.

How should i proceed to solve this problem ? (I tried to contact SpamRATS twice throught their "contact-us" form, without any reply so far)

Thank you for reaching out. As SpamRATS is a 3rd party website. The recommended way to resolve this issue is to contact SpamRATS support.

Thank you for you answer, it has been a long journey but we managed to solve this issue with the SpamRATS support.
