Whitelist Websites/Domains through NSG for a VM on Azure

So I'm blocking all internet access to my VM Windows Server and I'd like to whitelist certain websites & domains via NSG for outbound access.

Right now, I'm able to whitelist IP addresses on the outbound rules via NSG but that's not enough as I also need to add domains.

Is this doable through NSG? Or is there an alternative way to do so?

I'm afraid doing so on the Windows Firewall would cut off access to the VM completely.

Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @DB-0400

In the NSG you have the option to block by IP; if you want a block at this level, you will need to use an NVA (such as azure firewall)
