Can't add Ionq or Quantinuum as providers in workspace

Hi!
I can't add Ionq or Quantinuum as providers in my Azure Quantum workspace.
When I create the workspace the only provider that is automatically added is Microsoft QIO.
When I try to add any other provider I just can't click the 'Subscription' checkbox.

OBS: I using Azure for Students.

Why don't I see one or more quantum providers in the portal when creating a workspace or adding providers (such as missing "IonQ" or "Quantinuum")? Why can't I see a certain plan for a provider (such as Azure Quantum Credits)?
Unfortunately, providers do not make their offering available in all billing regions for tax or other legal reasons. If you would like to use a provider, you would need to use a billing account and subscription that is in a supported region or reach out to the provider directly to request access for your billing region. The availability of third party providers in a given billing region is determined by the provider and not determined by Azure Quantum so you would need to contact the provider directly and create a support ticket with them:

I got the confirmation from the Product team.

Unfortunately, IonQ and Quantinuum are currently not available in Brazil region.
However, the Product team mentioned that they are working with the partners to expand availability for regions like Brazil. They do not have a timeline that they can share right now but the document shared below will be updated as they become available.

So does that mean that Brazilian users just can't add any provider to run the notebook?
Basically we couldn't use the platform then. This is very frustrating. Why doesn't Microsoft have its own provider?

Hi @Ana Carolina Esteves ! Unfortunately, yes. We can run only codes and notebooks related to optimization problems because the provider "Microsoft QIO" is automatically added to the Workspace. Still, any other provider related to quantum computing isn't possible.
