Dear Microsoft teams,

I want to ask a question.
Recently, I build my Digital Twin using my University Account. However, I got the information that I can share my twin by adjusting something in my Azure Active Directory. However, it is not accessible using my work (university) account, TU Clausthal.

Please kindly for the help

    Hi @Argianto Rahartomo ,

If I'm understanding your question correctly, it looks like you are looking to grant other users access to your Azure Digital Twins instance.

In order to grant other users the ability to make data plane calls to your Azure Digital Twins instance, the user needs to be granted the RBAC role, Azure Digital Twins Data Owner. Note that the person granting the Azure Digital Twins Data Owner role needs to be an Owner/administrator of the Azure subscription in order to provide the access.

To assign this role in the Azure portal, you can log in with the account that already has the correct permissions set up (subscription Owner, Account admin, or the combination of User Access Administrator and Contributor). Then go to the Azure Digital Twins resource > Select Access control (IAM) > Select Add > Add role assignment to open the "Add role assignment" page > Assign the Azure Digital Twins Data Owner role.

For more information, see Set up an Azure Digital Twins instance and authentication (portal).

In addition, if you'd like to share twin data to other Azure services (such as Azure Data Explorer), you can also review this guide.

Let me know if you have further questions! I've added the azure-digital-twins tag to this thread as well.
