Note: Microsoft only provides offline installer for Enterprise, and the offline installer is the only difference between Retail and Enterprise.

Thank you for your answer but i need something deeper. I am building an automation which will download edge once a week and update it on my servers. You sent link to Web Page where i can download edge manually but i need permanent link which will be used by my script.

I see what you mean, but I have to say it is currently impossible to download the latest Edge via ONLY one link, as the link changes with version. The link is like:
https://msedge.sf.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com/filestreamingservice/files/xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx/MicrosoftEdgeEnterpriseX86.msi, but it is never fixed. I think you need to build more steps for your automation project to download the latest Edge.
For example, go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/business/download, click on the button whose [aria-label="Download the latest Windows 32-bit build of Microsoft Edge for business."], and then click on the button whose [data-cy="download-link"].

I have found such a link:

but a little caveat is that the link is to exe not msi file, and it looks like it is a regular not business/enterprise version.
