Certification was not issued even after passing the exam

Hi Team,

I have completed my AZ-900 - Microsoft Azure Fundamentals - Microsoft Certification on Saturday, October 8, 2022, post my examination i have received the pass score card.

But unfortunately, have not received successful completion of Microsoft certificate. Kindly check my Id and let me know.
