Sysmon Config update reports that Sysmon is not running, but it does

Question

When you install Sysmon with parameter "-i" without a config, it will install itself with a default configuration.
After this, when you give Sysmon a configuration file with "Sysmon64 -c config.xml", it will show you the output

Loading configuration file with schema version 4.82
Configuration file validated.
Error: Sysmon is not installed.
Configuration updated.

But Sysmon is still running and working as expected.
