The Contextual Summary in the DLP Alert is not supported for a certain Sensitive Info Type

In the DLP (Data Loss Prevention) alerts page, we are getting the following error message when we try to view detected sensitive info type in an email.
This section used to show the detected sensitive info type, the actual data and the location. Has there been an update that MS pushed to MS Compliance? if so, which Sensitive Info Type does this new feature supports and when will they be supported?

Givary-MSFT 27,486 Reputation points Microsoft Employee2022-11-04T03:21:38.873+00:00 @Ma06RC Apologies for the delay in reviewing this post, just wanted to check does the issue still exist or resolved, looking at the issue/error details first would like to check the configuration of the DLP policy by navigating to this location Microsoft Purview compliance portal > left navigation > Solutions > Data loss prevention > Policies > whether sensitive information types (SIT) templates have been configured properly or not

Apologies for the late response.
We used the Out of the Box (OOB) templates created by Microsoft, which is the Australia Privacy Act Enhanced template.
The old Sensitive Info Types tab under the Classifiers is now again available (see attached screenshot below). This is what was missing before when I raised this issue.
However, the Contextual Summary tab still shows the same error
