403 while trying to upload a file on Azure hosted web App

We have an web app which is hosted on azure env. using Azure app service and have azure container registry.

App functionality is to let user upload the pdf files.
when trying to upload a file, getting this error.
it is only when we enable App Service authentication : Enabled and we add an identity provider in the app_service-->authentication fab

    Hi @RajputPravendra-1326 ,

    Please check the Stackoverflow answer and it should assist you to fix this issue, basically it is a IP restriction that is causing this and steps listed should help you to fix the issue.
