We have an web app which is hosted on azure env. using Azure app service and have azure container registry. App functionality is to let user upload the pdf files. when trying to upload a file, getting this error. it is only when we enable App Service authentication : Enabled and we add an identity provider in the app_service-->authentication fab

Hi Jimmy, thanks the assistance but this is not the case.

App is not throwing 403 as whole website.
only the upload operation is throwing 403 forbidden wrror

Yes, I agree to @RajputPravendra-1326 .

Error 403 we get usually when access restrictions feature is ON under inbound traffic of app service networking.

Ok .. then we need to explore more… this error happens only when authentication is enabled… which identity provider you are using..

Our Developers did is to have a .streamlit/config.toml file We had to add this file to include a server.enableXsrfProtection=false.

earlier XsrfProtection was sert to True and it clashed with the added Azure authentication
