Visio: Custom stencil connectors have no leader lines

I've created some custom stencil parts but when I use them in a new sheet the connector lines coming from the connector points don't have any automatically generated leader. This causes the connector to come off at a 90 degree angle, crossing over adjacent connector points and thus not routing properly. 'Canned' parts work just fine. In the attached image, the red circles indicate where automatic leaders are created on canned parts. The yellow circle shows how there is no leader line on the custom part. This is happing on all the custom parts I've created.253655-visio-dll.png

    Hi @David LaFrenz ,
I suggest you refer to this support article:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/create-a-custom-connector-48f47591-b9d5-4e6f-9203-5b34ce09a5e9

Did you use the same PC with the custom connector?
If not, did the different PCs use the same Windows system and Office product?
Did you install any updates recently?

I also suggest you check if you can get any information from this article:
