I have a Windows 2022 host server running Windows Server Backup. I configured to do a custom backup of Bare Bones recovery and the three Guest VMs. Nothing else selected. After the backup one of the VM show data transferred size of 134.98GB with Full Backup. But I know the VM has large virtual drives containing 2TB of data. The backup log does shows the the large vhdx are backed up for that VM. But why it is not reflecting in the data transferred size for that VM. My other VM are showing large data transfers. Data compress can't be that great... I guess I going to need to restore the VM somewhere just to prove to myself that it is all getting backed up.

I should not need to reconfigure my back to backup ALL and not just the selected VMs to get the Guest VMs virtual drives included in the backup.
