Microsoft 365 developer SMS not sending text code to my phone ???
I am attempting to set up a Microsoft 365 developer account so I can practice for my certification exams.

I am stuck at the following portion.
Add phone number for security
Please enter a valid cell phone number that supports SMS.

We’ll text you a code that you can use to verify your identity.

I received the following error:

We're unable to send the code to that number. Please provide a valid cell phone number and try again. MS-CorrelationId: cc55fb0f-c9a9-47d9-a647-b5643673a549

I am located in Vietnam (+84) , and this phone number (0913836891) is both valid and used for other Microsoft products.
