Some users always are locked by no reasons today afternoon, but I found the IIS logs and Event logs the IP from the Microsoft. This issue concerns Microsoft canceling basic authentication.? anybody help me to analysis please!! any questions please let me know.

When did this error start and has it occurred before?
Are you using on-premises Exchange Server or Exchange Online? Microsoft disables Basic authentication in Exchange Online.
