    Hi @Marau Outu ,

    Please make sure your Windows is activated first, otherwise the avatar cannot be modified. Then check the data of the registry value HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\PolicyManager\default\Settings\AllowYourAccount and set it to 1 if it's 0.
