Azure App service - cached CSS files

I'm having problem with cached css files in my app , i checked the css file via App Service Editor , it shows the updated version , however when i browsed the file via the browser using public domain , i see an older version,

So far i have tired following

1 ) Restart the app
2) Stopped - and started the app
3) changed the allways on settings back and forth,

Any assistanced is much appriciated

    @BRaja Thanks for your patience on this Glad to know that issue is from cloud fare cache, and you are able to resolve it. App service doesn't cache files and the local cache mechanism is to prevent your app from storage failures.
