SharePoint Web applications Saml Authentication

Hello Team,
I have 2 web application in sharepoint 2016 deployed for two customers
Both the web applications are authentciated with their respective customers ADFS.
These web applications have urls in dns entries pointing to 443 with different host headers
Application is working fine, except for second web application clicking on About me and Users in Permission list is taking to first customer person page i.e first customer sharepoint url/person.aspx
Please help to resolve this issue with various possible solutions
