Account Taken

I recently was hacked on my computer, full access was given to an unauthorized user. Microsoft recognized it and blocked my account, and now I cannot get my account back. This is because my Microsoft account is registered on an old email that is not accessible anymore. And when I fill in the recovery forum, I get denied. So please do not respond with another recovery form because I apparently haven't got enough information according to that form. I already submitted this question before on this Q&A site, but my question got locked and ignored, I find that pretty disturbing. I only use this old Microsoft email: (siemon2002@Karima ben .com) to run my windows and play Forza Horizon 5 under the Xbox gaming tag: Paperwhistle801 in the Microsoft store. I really hope this problem can be solved. This email is my current one, I would like to gain access back to my account and change my email to: simon@ijsselmedia.net. Is there another way to secure my account?

I hope you understand the situation.

Regards
Simon Lubbers
