Getting the following error while publishing the web app in the server- "error copying the servicereferenceCould not find file"

The TEST code is working fine locally. But while publishing the Web app, we are getting this error :
"Error: Copying file Service references\abcWCF\abcWCF.DssBicWcf.ProjectSearchCountry.datasource to obj\Release\Package\PackageTmp\Service References\abcWCF\abcWebApp.abcWCF.ProjectSearchCountry.datasource failed. Could not find file 'Service References\abcWCF\abcWebApp.abcWCF.ProjectSearchCountry.datasource'."
I have successfully updated the service references and clean, built the project.
Any Idea What the reason could be for this error?

Copying past file names is different, The source file is "abcWCF DssBicWcf. ProjectSearchCountry. The datasource", and the target file is "abcWebApp. AbcWCF. ProjectSearchCountry. The datasource", Is it because of the name difference?

azure-webappstag, are you leveraging Azure App Service WebApp or hosting the website/app on an Azure VM or any other Azure service?
