MARS Agent ||System State backup fails : Windows 2016

Hello All,

System State backup started failing on one of the Windows 2016 Server with error message " Azure Backup agent could not find any successful System State backup from WindowsServerBackup . Retry the operation if the issue persists contact MS support ( 0x1877C). It's a onprim server and we are using MARS agent for the backup. I have also upgraded MARS agent to latest version but no luck .
Would appreciate your suggestions on how to troubleshoot this issue further.

    Thanks for your post! I spoke to my team and based off your screenshots and investigation I did with our Azure Backup Team, we think it's best for you to work more closely with our Support Engineers by providing the MARS agent logs to get this issue resolved.

    If you already have a support plan then to find the root cause of the issue here, I recommend you reach the Azure technical support team by raising a support ticket as mentioned here.
