Hello,
I have a problem after trying to clone an app service into a new app service plan. To clone I used powershell commands but I probably made a mistake in the commands. Except that I didn't get an error, and that it created some kind of zombie resource on the app plan that don't have a resource group and that I can't delete.
How can I delete these zombie resources?

This is a tough one. Perhaps the easiest would be recreating the app service plan.
If that is not an option you could always consider using some powershell commandlets to remove the webapps in question:

The problem is that I can't delete the resource via commands because it doesn't seem to exist :( The command works when I try but it doesn't change anything.
I will go open a ticket to find a solution.

KvinPoirier-4377, Firstly, apologies for any inconvenience with this issue.
If you haven’t tried this already, kindly see if the resource is visible via Resource Explorer and then try to delete it.
If you have already raised a support ticket, please share the #SR ticket number with me, I’ll follow-up on it internally or else, if you need further assistance on this, please let me know.
Note: When you delete resources, the actions are irreversible. Kindly delete unwanted resources.
1.Navigate to https://resources.azure.com/
2.Make sure you are in the Read/Write mode
3.Navigate to the parent resource group of the App Service Plan (or search for the App)
4.Navigate to the provider -> Microsoft.Web
5.Navigate to sites
6.Navigate to the problem site/app*.
7.Click on the Action/Delete
8.Click on the Delete button to delete the problem site/app*

Unfortunately the sites exist in the list of the app plan, but they do not exist in the resource group.
I have added the information with ids and screenshots in the SR 2211160050001959.
