How to be a contributor || sysinternal.

I am completely new to sysinternals, as I just stepped into one tool and,
I want to contribute to a tool listed in sysinternals site, I found the github repo but it says only documentation. And I am bit confused, about what to do? So I would like to know how can I contribute to sysinternation. And can anyone provide me with other community links other than fourms, like discord..
