¡Ayuda, por favor!. Ocurrió el siguiente error al intentar guardar las propiedades del usuario administrador. Acceso denegado.

Hola!. Desde hace algunos dias, he intentado habilitar la cuenta de administrador de mi laptop, porque no me deja hacer prácticamente nada, solo me deja ejecutar programas que ya tengo instalados, si quiero descargar e instalar otra cosa me pide permisos de administrador. Más específicamente aparece un cartel que dice: "para continuar escriba el nombre y contraseña de un administrador" y solo me da una opción que dice no. Entonces, ese es un problema, el cuál me lleva al otro. Me metí en administrador de dispositivos , usuarios, me metí en la cuenta administradora y desmarqué la opción que dice: "deshabilitar esta cuenta" y al darle aplicar me dice el siguiente mensaje:

Entonces, no se como hacer, es un problema realmente grave y no se que hacer, por favor, agradecería que me ayudaran lo más rápido posible!.

    Hi,

    you might have to change the ownership of the directory that you’re trying to access:

    Locate the directory that you can’t access, right-click it and choose Properties from the menu.
    When the Properties window opens, navigate to Security tab and click Advanced.
    Now click the Change option next to the owner’s name.
    Type your user name, and click Check Names button. If everything is in order, click OK.
    Check Replace owner on subcountainrers and objects and Replace all child obeject permission entries. Click Apply and OK.
    In the Properties window, make sure that Everyone group is available in Group or user names list. If not, click the Edit button.
    Click the Add button.
    Enter Everyone and click the Check Names button. Now click OK.
