Can't delete Static website Container in Storage account

Previously, I used Storage account to create Static website.

But now i don't want this website anymore.

I already disabled Static website.

But when i try to delete website container ($web). Delete button is grayed out.

Then I tried to creating a new one container. It can be deleted normally

Please help suggest. How to delete $web container.

    You can delete the $web container from Azure Storage Explorer. Please follow the below steps to delete the $web container.

    1. Install the Azure Storage Explorer
    2. You can either Sign into Azure to access your subscriptions and their resources or Attach to an
      individual Azure Storage resource
      .
    3. Navigate to the staticwebpalmstorage -->Expand the storage account's Blob Containers -->Right-click the
      $web blob container, and - from the context menu - select Delete.
