I have a Windows 10 Laptop, and cannot RDP to a Windows server on IBM Cloud, says "Logon Attempt Failed" and credentials are incorrect.
Same exact credentials work when I RDP from a Mac. Is there anything on Windows 10 that will prevent RDP?
I've ensured that RDP service is running, it's enabled for Windows Firewall.
