Need to restict the RDP access of windows server 2022 from 2 to 1

Hello All,
I need to restrict the RDP session of windows server from 2 to 1.
I have made some GP changes still not working. I have verified on the RSOP no luck

    Without installing the RDS role on the server are we able to limit the connection to 1?

    Nothing native. The group policy settings are ignored unless the session host role is present.

    Hi @Dave Patrick
    I have enabled the GP and limited the connection to 1.
    Still with two different logins able to take RDP of the Server. I have verified in RSOP there is no conflict in the GP.

    Also check the Restrict Remote Desktop Services user to a single Remote Desktop Services session is set to Enabled

    Made the changes still the same.
    I have also restarted the server once.
