Office 365 version with Microsoft 365 Business Premium

What version of Office is included with Microsoft 365 Business Premium licenses? Is this software installed on the computer or just the web version?

I have a user who has been assigned a Microsoft 365 Business Premium license. She downloaded and installed the app, but it appears to be the web version of Office because it is asking her to sign in.
