Localization or globalization of the windows application

I am working on a windows application which need to localized to spanish language . Once localization is done while testing the tool screen reader the contents are available in spanish visually but when we chewck them with screen reader thne contents are read out by the screen reader in English(default language). so is there any configuration settings need to be done or how to solve this issue can any one suggest me any ideas . Thanks in advance.

@Dineshkumar.S , Welcome to Microsoft Q&A, could you provide some code about your windows app? Also, which screen read you are using and could you tell me the steps that localized the app with screen reader?

I have implemented the localization using the UI Culture and I am getting the issue in the menu strip list box where the screen reader reading it in the english I will attach the screenshot for that .
I have changed these contents to spanish by changing the default language to spanish in the property settings and replaced the english words with the equivalent spanish words respectively

Ist screen shot every contents are in spanish but it read out by screen reader in english
2nd screen shot it is in spanish and screen reader also reading it in spanish only
Screen reader used is NVDA and JAWS

@Dineshkumar.S , thanks for the feedback, since your problem is related to 3rd party product NVDA and JAWS screen reader, which is not supported in Microsoft Q&A. I recommend that you could ask for help in their product owner.
