@Shekhar, Sumeet (Cognizant) Thanks for posting in our Q&A. From your description, did you mean that other changes have worked and only minimum PIN Length haven't? If there is any misunderstanding, please correct me.
For this issue, we appreciate your help to collect some information:
- Please try to sign out the protected app and sign in again.
- Please try to sync the device. After the last sync time is changed under Troubleshooting + support > select the target user > App protection status, please check if the new minimum PIN Length works.
- Open Microsoft Edge on your device and type "about:intunehelp" in the address bar. Select the protected app and check if it displays "PINMinLength = 4".
