Fatal error while installing SSMS 19.0 Preview 3

Question

Hello. I'm not able to install SSMS 19.0 Preview 3 due to error 0x80070641. It says that Windows installer services can not be accessed. When I try to open the logs the program freezes and is not responding. Then after several seconds the installation automatically closes.
Can somebody tell if he has faced this and if so, how to resolve this.

This error is more about Windows than SQL Server, it is related with the Windows installer service, so it is recommended that to add a tag about Windows
