Cannot Access Azure portal

Question

Hello Azure support,
I forgot my Microsoft account password but cannot recover my password, when I tried to change my recovery email I get this message, please help me access Azure portal.

Please be advised that Azure Subscription Support team cannot assist customers by resetting Personal Account/Live ID passwords, this is a Self Serve process customers must perform from their side, by following the process described here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42.

This step assumes you've tried Reset a forgotten Microsoft account password, but your attempt wasn't successful. If you already tried this but it didn't work, use our Sign In Helper tool, here: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?linkquery=Help%20me%20sign%20in%20to%20my%20Microsoft%20account.

In case of failure still have a "Contact Support" button you can use to create a support ticket with the correct support team for accurate assistance.
