See modified date/times of Notebooks?

Is there a way, in Azure Synapse Analytics, to see modified date/times of NOTEBOOKS?
Or of SQL Scripts -- the "Develop" section objects in general?

(Or, is that only available on whatever changes have been checked into GIT / other version control?)

I see plenty of tips on how to use ASA to see the modify date of a file, but not to see modify date/time of the development objects themselves.

    Hello @Doug Ivison ,
Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.

As I understand, you want to see last modified times of the various "develop" assets like notebooks in Synapse Workspace.

I have poked around, and I have not found relevant dates anywhere in the notebook objects. I checked both by powershell Get-AzSynapseNotebook properties, and in exporting a notebook to html.

I thought maybe the Activity Log would show an event when I Publish a change to a Notebook, but so far nothing showed up.

This leaves the metadata of wherever these notebooks are stored. They gotta exist somewhere, right? Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be anywhere easy to access. I checked the primary workspace storage account, but only found spark pool details.

So in short, no, you gotta use version control.

Please do let me if you have any queries.

    Thanks
    Martin
