error volsnap

Hi,
i have an issue on my server (windows server 2012 R2)

id 27 volsnap
The shadow copies of volume \?\Volume{894d62bf-6e3f-11ed-8105-005056a74661} were aborted during detection because a critical control file could not be opened.

id 14 volsnap
The shadow copies of volume \?...e3f-11ed-8105-005056a74661} were aborted because of an IO failure on volume \?...e3f-11ed-8105-005056a74661}.

i run the mountvol /r and the diskpart -> automount disable

I don't know why there are those volumes with that name

any idea how to remove the error?

    Kindly follow the steps provided below to resolve your issue.

    Please check space usage of Shadowcopy by running following cmd.

    vssadmin list shadowstorage

    Open a command prompt as admin as enter: vssadmin resize shadowstorage /for=c: /on=c: /maxsize=unbounded
    do this for all drives , on Windows 10 PCs, turn off System Restore in Computer->Properties

    Adjust page file to 1.5 times the amount of RAM from System - > Advanced -> Performance, click Settings.
