I'm getting below issue frequently. Not sure why it causing and how to fix. I've been trying to replicate this bug but it's hard to pin point which page/view this occurred also checked AppCenter logs but couldn't make much sense.

It's hard to find which page throws this exception according to the log. You could check if there is a Listview whose ItemsSource is empty when scrolling, and it will be easier to help you if you provide some code snippets.
In addition, you could try CollectionView instead and check if this error still exists.

First of all thanks for your valuable feedback and suggestion, but as per our requirement I can't use CollectionView as I used different BindableLayout and DataTempletes. so please let me know if we have any other solution. Also can't provide code snippets due to some restriction. I hope you don't mind.
Really stuck and have quite deadline so really appreciate if you provide some solutions. Thank you!
