File location of Mac Screen Recording embedded in Word document.

Question

Hello,

I recorded a Teams video call via the iMac screen recording function and when finished dragged the desktop recording file into an open word document.
That file is visible and the video can be played but no sound.

First question is how to access volume controls.
Next is where does this embedded file reside on my hard drive so that I can view as a QuickTime video?

• I have a clue that it exists via the "Grant File Access" prompt when I reopened the saved doc but it didn't provide a complete file location (just showed folder NSIRD_screencaptureui_iiTZof).

Unfortunately since I dragged the desktop video file into the doc it no longer is accessible.
